Have your PIZZA DOUGH prepared and waiting. Place your pizza stone into oven. Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Into a saute pan add 1 tablespoon oil and heat over medium heat. Add sausage, breaking up as you cook. Cook sausage until done. Drain any excess liquid. Set aside.

WHILE sausage is cooking, place a medium sauce pan halfway full of water onto boil. Season with salt. Place potato slices into water and boil for approximately 4 minutes OR just until tender. Using a slotted spoon, remove from water and transfer to a kitchen towel to remove excess water.

Roll out pizza dough on a lightly floured surface. Transfer dough to pizza peel that has been lightly dusted with cornmeal.

Drizzle pizza dough with approximately 1 tablespoon olive oil. Arrange potato slices in a circular pattern. Season with salt. Top with cheese and then sausage. Transfer pizza to pizza stone and cook for approximately 8-10 minutes OR until crust is crispy and cheese is bubbly. Garnish with fresh rosemary.
